This year's 7th Annual Oak Park Community Kwanzaa Celebration will feature poetry, dance, and musical performances in honor of this Black American Harvest celebration. Join us!
- OPRFHS True Colors will open our celebration with their rendition of the Black National Anthem.
- Celebrated author Dr. Nnedi Okorafor is our keynote speaker.
- Ajani Griffin will perform his Kwanzaa Rap, which is quickly becoming a Kwanzaa classic.
- Local treasure Sydney Jackson will perform a special solo dance.
- A Kwanzaa Market will feature local artisans.
- A small version of a Karamu (Feast of Kwanzaa) will happen at the end of our program.
